This Privacy Policy describes how P Square Developer ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your information when you use the Tubora mobile application ("the App"). By using Tubora, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information We Collect
- Account information: When you sign in (including Sign in with Google), we collect your name, email address and account identifier to create and secure your account.
- Content you provide: Topics, keywords, prompts and URLs you enter to generate SEO titles, hashtags, descriptions, content, ideas and thumbnails.
- Usage and diagnostic data: App analytics (features used) and crash reports, collected to improve stability and the user experience.
- Device information: Device type, operating system version and basic technical data for compatibility and support.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate and improve the Tubora App and its features.
- To generate AI content based on the inputs you provide.
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure and prevent abuse.
- To analyze app performance, fix crashes and enhance the experience.
- To respond to your support requests and send important service updates.
Third-Party Services
Tubora relies on trusted third-party services to function. These providers process data only as needed to operate the App, under their own privacy policies:
- Google Firebase — Authentication (including Google Sign-In), Cloud Firestore (account/usage data), Analytics and Crashlytics. See the Firebase Privacy Policy.
- OpenRouter (AI processing) — The topics and prompts you submit are sent to AI models via OpenRouter to generate your content. Please avoid entering sensitive personal information in prompts.
Permissions
The App uses the Internet permission to generate content and sync your account, and storage access to let you save or download generated thumbnails to your device.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers listed above to operate the App, or when required by law.
Advertising & Payments
Tubora does not contain third-party advertising, and does not collect any payment information. The App does not include subscriptions or in-app purchases.
Data Retention
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. Your content history can be stored locally on your device and removed by you at any time. When you delete your account, your associated data is removed from our systems.
Account & Data Deletion
You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time directly within the App:
- Open Settings in the Tubora app and choose Delete Account, then confirm.
- Alternatively, email us at geekyprem4@gmail.com and we will delete your account and data within 30 days.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the email below.
Children's Privacy
Tubora is not intended for users under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
